By placing an order through GoalWear, you agree to the policy below. We’ve created this to make sure you fully understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. This policy applies to customers in the USA.


A. 30-Day Return Guarantee


We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may return or exchange your item if:
• You changed your mind
• You received the wrong product
• The item is defective or damaged


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


C. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll correct the issue with a replacement or refund as needed.


D. Exchanges


We accept exchanges for items that are:
•Damaged or defective
•Incorrect (wrong item )
•You changed your mind

E. Restocking Fee


We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.


F. Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
